Refreshments and Hospitality
Every session includes refreshments — tea, snacks, and light meals — served in a way that reflects the warmth and hospitality of our cultures. Peer Support and Community Building

Creativity and Skills Development
We nurture creativity through textile arts, embroidery, painting, and photography. These sessions celebrate cultural heritage and provide opportunities for intergenerational skill sharing. We also offer workshops in communication, leadership, and facilitation — helping women develop skills they can use in everyday life, employment, or community leadership. Many participants go on to lead peer sessions or support others. Read more...
Healing Garden Projects

Our raised bed gardening sessions take place in local parks, including Woodroyd Park, where women plant herbs, flowers, and vegetables together. These activities support mental wellbeing, encourage physical movement, and foster pride in creating something lasting. The garden becomes a living symbol of growth, resilience, and community care.
