Who We Are
Wellness Learning Hub Ltd was established to provide accessible wellbeing, learning and community support across West Yorkshire. Our work has a particular focus on supporting South Asian women, who may experience barriers such as poverty, isolation, language barriers, trauma, health inequalities and limited access to suitable support.
While South Asian women are a key focus of our work, our services are open to all women, regardless of background, culture, language or circumstances.
We provide welcoming, community-based activities that help women build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop skills and reduce isolation. Our team includes experienced facilitators, artists and peer mentors who work alongside women in a supportive and respectful way.
We deliver activities in trusted community settings, helping women access support in environments where they feel comfortable, valued and able to take part.

Our Services
At Wellness Learning Hub Ltd, we provide a range of accessible and community-based activities supporting women's emotional, physical, social and creative wellbeing across West Yorkshire.
Our South Asian communities are an important focus of our work, and we aim to provide culturally sensitive support where it is needed. However, our services are open to all women.
Our activities may include coffee mornings, creative sessions, wellbeing activities, peer support, digital skills, practical learning and signposting to other services.
We provide a welcoming environment where women can meet others, learn new skills, take part in activities and access information and support.
Tackling Health Inequalities
At Wellness Learning Hub, we are committed to reducing health inequalities affecting women across West Yorkshire. We recognise that some women face additional barriers because of poverty, isolation, language, cultural expectations, caring responsibilities, trauma, low confidence or limited access to services.
Our particular focus on South Asian women reflects the barriers and inequalities that some women in these communities experience. However, our approach is inclusive and all women are welcome to access our support.
We provide accessible activities in trusted community settings and aim to remove practical barriers wherever possible. Through creative wellbeing activities, peer support, learning opportunities and signposting, we help women build confidence, reduce isolation and connect with wider services.
Our approach is based on dignity, inclusion, lived experience and the belief that every woman should have the opportunity to feel connected, supported and valued.
Peer Support
Women are encouraged to share experiences, ideas and practical advice with one another. Our sessions provide opportunities to build friendships, develop confidence and create supportive networks.
Women who become more confident through our activities may also choose to become volunteers or peer supporters, helping others within their community.
Signposting and Support
We provide information and signposting to relevant services and opportunities, including domestic abuse support, health and wellbeing services, digital support, learning opportunities and community activities.
Where appropriate, our team can help women understand what support is available and how they can access it.
Creativity and Cultural Pride
Creativity is an important part of our work. Arts, crafts, textiles, storytelling and other creative activities provide opportunities for women to express themselves, learn new skills and connect with others.
For South Asian women, we also recognise the importance of celebrating cultural heritage, traditional skills and intergenerational learning. Activities can provide opportunities for women to share knowledge and skills while ensuring that women from all backgrounds feel welcome to participate.
SafeZone Integration
Our community activities can provide a gentle first point of contact for women who may be experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances, including domestic abuse.
The informal environment can help women build confidence and trust before accessing more specialist support. Where appropriate, we provide discreet signposting and information about domestic abuse services and other sources of support.
Our aim is to ensure that women know they are not alone and can access further support when they are ready.
